iBudget Florida Waiver Management
1. We provide support coordination services for the iBudget Florida Medicaid waiver program:
- Limited Support Coordination
- Full Support Coordination
- Enhanced Support Coordination
2. We assist eligible costumers or their family members to apply for this program.
3. We help clients select the services they will pay with their iBudget amount.
4. We support costumers to receive the home and community-based services they need:
- Behavior assistant/analysis services
- Speech/physical/occupational/ therapies
- Personal support
- Residential nursing services
- Specialized mental health counseling
- Specialized medical home care
WSC Advisory & Supervision Services
Waiver Support Coordination for disabled people enrolled on the iBudget waiver program:
- We identify, develop, coordinate, and access services on the costumer's behalf.
- We locate specific service providers and connect them with our clients.
- We monitor person-centered service delivery, health, and safety.
- We supervise if costumers are receiving the support needed to meet their goals.
- We check for errors in the administration of their medication, if any.
- We supervise the status of the costumer’s physical and emotional health.
- We report critical incidents that potentially impact the health and safety of clients.
- We inform dissatisfaction that costumers or their families identify with their services.
- We assure that caregivers and service providers are adequately trained to assist them.

- Qualified Medicare Beneficiary & Specific Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary Programs
