Advanced Support Coordination Services is a small business focused on providing a wide range of support coordination services and social assistance throughout the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the state of Florida. Since its founding, in 2015, the firm has been serving those most vulnerable members of its community by connecting them with the appropriate caregiver agencies, behavior therapists, registered nurses, and residential care homes, among others. 

As a Medicaid waiver independent provider, and through our high-quality practices, we improve people’s lives (children and adults) with developmental disabilities (autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, spina bifida, and others) and support needs. Any assistance they receive is furnished under Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), authorized by the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), and executed according to Medicaid Handbook.
